Delighted to read your five "Pros" of HKA...especially that you think our "Client base is excellent" and that "people at all levels are collaborative" - no surprise that I agree with you!
Thank you also for your point under "Con"...delighted that you feel we have resolved the way we manage initiatives. You will know that at HKA – we are also “down to earth “ and we are not complacent, as we still have more to do to improve HKA further. We also are in "growth mode"; so welcome more brilliant and diverse people to join us.
Your "Advice to Management" is helpful thank you - we certainly intend to keep fully focused on our People and our Clients.
We know that our people make the difference in HKA. Thank you for being part of our team and helping to make HKA resilient and successful - we look forward to working with you in 2021 and achieving more together.
