Pros

It's functional and you're not stuck in just one task. People is kind and bosses are not too strict.

Cons

Low salary. The store is always a mess because they don't want to store in the back. Don't provide uniform, so you waste your own clothes at work.

Pros

H&M offers great compensation for its employees, both part-time and full-time. They offer competitive pay and flexible hours, insurance, reasonable PTO and an excellent 401K plan. The organization advertises and completely delivers that they are a flat-level company, as I have found it simple and comfortable speaking to management and coworkers with the same candor and respect (and receiving that treatment in return). The company is a great place to work for if your desire is fair treatment and extensive opportunity for growth.

Cons

The 401K plan, while excellent, requires 1000 hours of work before eligibility, so it isn't a benefit one can enjoy until after at least 6 months. Obviously, like any other retail organization, there are periods in which time off is hard to come by as all employees are needed; so if vacation or sick time during the holidays is your priority, you will find some conflict.
