Pros

Very embedded culture within all levels of the organisation Growth from store to top management International mobility Diverse team (they celebrate you as you are) Development opportunities, the is a lot and very fast movement within the company and this offers many growth opportunities Great focus on employees in all levels of the company

Cons

Career plans are not structured Performance management is not standardized, therefore very prone to human interpretation and dependent on your manager (who is very often not a trained professional, rather someone who has grown from within the company and often doesn't have the management skills necessary In general, low salaries (compared to other industries, not within retail)
