      Pros

      Competitive salary, 401K, wellness incentive program, continued investment in the site, plasma protein therapies with a proven track record, employee pride and dedication.

      Cons

      Loss of Easter holiday. Mandatory PTO in July for some departments, but not all. Too many middle managers and supervisors with different opinions on how things should be done which is wasteful of time and resources as well as frustrating for subordinates.

      Pros

      The money is great for the physical tasks needed to succeed and the benefits are great for full time employees. Paid time off is available and generous

      Cons

      You are responsible for successes or failures whether or not you have any control over outcomes. The constant stress worrying about losing product and return business is excessive at times and upper management and corporate support do not seem to care much unless successes are reached

      Pros

      Clear career ladder to follow and move up if you put in the work to do so. Lots of development chances.

      Cons

      Lots of changes with procedures and policy. Not a lot of options for a raise once your in management besides annual merit pay creases and quarterly bonus are up from grabs if you earn them though.
