Management at the Council Bluffs center was absolutely horrible, none of the management team LISTENED nor cared about their entry level employees. They took their aggression out on everyone below them, abusing their power. They wouldn't hire enough DCT's but hiring plenty of phlebs but never crossed trained, so us DCT's had to work twice the amount compared to everyone else.

Once acquiring Novartis Diagnostics in Emeryville, they didn't quite clean house of older Novartis management, therefore the culture is less than desired, especially in the Quality department. Also, the pace at which decisions are made is not as agile as it probably needs to be in this industry and region.
