Pros

Great and hard-working employees. Many changes to streamline systems.

Cons

Grifols is new to the Bay Area and they simply don't understand how competitive and hot the market is out here. They've lost so many people, and they don't seem to have a retention plan. They keep cutting back on benefits which makes them less competitive and less attractive to employees.

Most of the staff are pleasant to work with and benefits are ok

Cons

Management incompetent and upper management doesn't seem to care. Morale is as low as it gets and the most common motivational line is..."you're lucky to have a job at all in this economy"
