      Pros

      Work life balance is excellent. Full time remote which was great.

      Cons

      Nobody gets raises. So, if you accept a certain pay rate, make sure you'll be ok with that for a long, long time. The company doesn't care about employees of acquired companies in the US. They are just slowly letting everyone go by "timing them out" and chipping away at any positive benefits we had. Office culture is non-existent due to leadership not caring and putting in no effort(but office staff trying hard in the losing battle). It used to be great but now I wouldn't suggest it.

      Pros

      Nothing so good, they give flexible work timings but drain you by long hours of working from home after office hours. Managers have no knowledge of team planning and team members are just are like donkeys carrying work load for Managers and others.

      Cons

      Lots of work load and lack of maturity in processes and policies. Its a political havoc and cause you lots of stress from work pressure and mental torchure. There is no concept of sick leave and if you need a month long leave or so due to health issues, they ask you to quit and HR lacks complete sense of global responsibility and maturity towards welfare of employess

      Pros

      Opportunity to travel if you're in Argentina. Opportunity to work in multiple and diverse projects. You may be lucky and get to work for a project of a well known company. In the past it used to be easier, now a days most projects are boring and on the maintenance side.

      Cons

      Lowest salaries. Worse Management. Managers don't care about the engineers, they only care about the revenue of the projects.
