Pros

1) Flexible working hours depending upon your project & manager. 2) Work on latest technologies if you are a UI developer. 3) Free complimentary snacks in the evening.

Cons

1) There is a very prominent favoritism going on in the company, especially in UI studio. Promotions deserved by talented & hardworking candidates are given to the favorites of the studio partner. 2) Different rules for different people, some abuse the flexibility whereas some are questioned for being flexible. 3) Anybody can become technical director or studio partner, majority of them don't deserve the positions. Poor leadership will only direct company to a poor future. 4) Parking space is only half than what is actually required. 5) HR will try not interview the referred candidates in order to save the referral bonus which is already on the lower side. 6) You may be forced to work on technologies that you might not want to work on. 7) Location is another pain-point, company shifted from Baner to Hinjewadi. 8) Low salary compared to market standards. 9) Fake reviews are uploaded by HR on glassdoor, from different IP addresses and devices. The rating you see here isn't a true reflection of the employee satisfaction. 10) Office lighting is fancy but it hurts the eyes, many people complain about it but decor is more important than eyes for the facilities. 11) Mentors and leaders wouldn't care whether the employee is happy or not, unless the favorite. 12) Hierarchy is huge, with some non-sense additional advance levels. If you join as trainee, then you won't reach the top of the hierarchy even at the age of retirement. 13) Extremely limited mobile devices for testing. You have to wait in queue or borrow or use personal devices for testing. 14) Unrealistic commitment to the clients & putting pressure on employees to fulfill them. 15) Everyone has to conduct & attend training sessions given in their studio goals. If you don't, managers will use it as a weapon against you during appraisal. 16) Poorly maintained vehicles for transport facility, especially the ones owned by Globant.

Pros

Only infrastructure thing which they take care only.

Cons

First of all let me clear that I am not writing because of any kind of personal issues. I just want to let other people aware of this organisation. Here we go: 1. They have projects of very short term like 2-3 weeks. Project gets on closure before anyone gets into project. And most important very few clients wishes to continue project with Globant after first project. 2. If you want to switch profile then forget about it. They make commitments for time being only. 3. If you have read good comments anywhere then please be aware because most of these comments have been made by Globants itself to showcase positive picture for new comers. 4. **Most IMP: There are frequent layoffs happens here which I have seen so think twice, thrice before to join this company. Choice is yours.

Pros

Fancy office... office... office - that's all there is in the good part of this company.

Cons

Hmmm where do I start because this is a BIG list. Ok here goes a few - 1. No salary hikes. In fact no idea if and when there will be a salary hikes. One can even predict the rains these days without looking at the forecast but not salary hikes in this company. 2. Decision making is from LATAM. Indian managers have no control over the career or future of Indian employees. 3. India TDC is just a body shopping center. Period. You get assigned to worthless projects where the client and LATAM mgmt decide your growth. No use crying to India mgmt or TCBP. 4. The TCBP team is a bunch of clueless ladies. They don't know why they exist nor do the employees are aware of why they exist. 5. Loud talk on fancy technologies like AI but not a single project to work on AI. 6. Some old timers get to work on cutting edge tech but the new joiners are never given the chance. There are a couple of guys who work on global initiatives in AI and some cool stuff but they are not reachable or approachable for others. Wonder why this differentiation? You can see their articles on Linkedin which makes you feel why only them? 7. False promises made in the all hands meetings of the studios and TDC. 8. Goa trip - Oh the annual goa trip - it's a sham!! 9. DEI - This is also a sham. It is always LATAM that gets favoured in all initiatives. They don't care about India people at all.
