      Excellent balance of work-life. Flexible environment and schedule. Big clients and projects. Great place to learn and grow. Many ways to combat the stress.

      Cons

      Miss of management. When you enter, you receive a induction course in your first day, but the company is too big and maybe you need more than a day to understand and know everything or the most important at least. If you haven't a good English you would be a hard path on front of you.
