      Challenge and big diff customers, travel opportunities and flexibility.

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy for seniorities, salaries, reallocation(e.g visa) or other changes. Recruitment process is becoming worse due a bad globant sites governance and recruiting team

      Pros

      Great balance work-life balance. The offices (Bogota) are beautiful and people you work with are usually very good at what they do. Salaries are bellow average on my opinion, but the ability to manage your time compensates for that. To be honest, everything depends on the project you are currently working on, so it is also a matter of luck. The amount of engineers is amazing and still communication is easy and help is always at hand.

      Cons

      -Salaries are not the best. -Growing professionally and improving salaries can be very difficult. It is a thing you have to fight for. -Geographical distribution of teams can be a bit hard at first, and many projects work this way.
