Pros

- Remote work - staff are incredible (lower down)

Cons

- No care for diversity or equality, there is rampant pay inequality across the company that comes down to basic issues like the gender paygap. They have no interest in improving or altering this. - Similarly, no care for how their employees feel - there are no employee satisfaction surveys and no interest in gathering data on who actually works there. They seem to think because they have employees across Europe that's all that matters. - Pay disparity across countries is vast - in some teams there will be two people doing the same role with a 16k pay difference. - long hours - upper management doesn't listen to their employees who are actually doing the role, instead they make mass changes at short notice without consultation, leading to confusion. - they hired so many people with no clue how to actually manage those people. The company is run like a start up but with about 3000 people.

Pros

Pros: remote working, overall majority of the employees are supportive and work extremely hard

Cons

Unfortunately the cons are overwhelmingly outrun by the cons: - senior leaders who lack basic people skills and put an extreme amount of pressure down the chain. The leadership team lives in the constant fear of who is above, whose personal opinions count more than data. - lack of basic business understanding: the Company has scaled up massively, but without relying on leaders who have any business knowledge. This translates into caos and uncertainty, together with unreasonable requests to those down the chain.
