      Pros

      Lovely colleagues and exciting opportunities to collaborate with interesting researchers. Flexible working hours from a remote set-up. Diverse range of projects and initiatives providing good experience for future employment.

      Cons

      Internal communication has been very poor Lack of accountability for errors in leadership Constant changes to job roles and team structure making it difficult to feel settled or build momentum in ongoing projects. Not appearing (at least internally) to be aligned with their own values
