      Good internal teams, terrible Upper Management

      Pros

      The small teams you work in are really great and super supportive. My manager was great when I was diagnosed with ADHD and more should be like her. The researchers! They are really lovely and to have the chance to build relationships with them was truly a plus.

      Cons

      Upper Management is terrible, they lie and omit truth and then expect employees to take it with a smile. Not to mention that during a time of layoffs, the CEO expected productivity to stay high and even shouted at managers for saying that team motivation was low. Bad and discriminatory strategies and really not thinking long term at all.

      Pros

      -The people that work here, I’ve had the most amazing colleagues who became friends -Remote working -Young and friendly environment (specially at lower management)

      Cons

      -Poor communication from upper management -Bad decisions and unaccountable upper management -No strategic planning -Procedures change weekly -They never listen to honest feedback and people are afraid to share it -Incompetent upper management with zero business knowledge -The Publishing department is the one worst paid, less recognised, less listened to and less motivated. However, it is the department bringing in the money. In fact, it is like a sales department. Recognize them and pay them what they deserve
