Decent company and good progression paths but its not for everyone

Training and development was well thought out and there were plenty of opportunities here

Cons

The journal specialist role was very sales-y. Great if you're into that but the job description and interview process are a bit misleading and some people take on the role not realising that.

Our management team are exceptionally transparent but use a multitude of communication channels, from weekly MS Teams posts to monthly leadership updates, an internal newsletter, monthly OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions, and our quarterly company-wide meeting. Individual managers also cascade information through weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and 1:1s. Everything is documented and open to read.
