Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our people are very special so thank you for that. This year we have introduced progression pathways - a new initiative so every individual has room to grow, as well as a clear understanding of their progression opportunities.

Pros

- remote work - decent work-life balance (at least in my team) - development opportunities (if you have some initiative you will find interesting options) Plus I have some great human beings in my team :)

Cons

- very dynamic, sometimes even chaotic environment. I get that the company was going through a lot of changes recently, but the uncertainty is tiring.

Thank you for your review - we are really happy to hear that you took advantage of the development opportunities on offer. We are an incredibly dynamic and agile organization but yes, this year has been hard. Hope you'll agree that it is starting to settle and our strategy for 2025 is in place? If things still feel disruptive, please reach out to your People Business Partner so we can understand better how to support you.

Horrible company culture

Pros

Great people, 100% remote work, enjoyed meeting scientists from around the world

Cons

Upper management is completely out of touch with day-to-day reality of employees. Unattainable goals and an ever-increasing reputation for spamming researchers will lead to the demise of this company.

Thank you for your thoughts. We agree, working with scientists from around the world is a particularly rewarding aspect of working at Frontiers. We know our targets are ambitious, but we have a successful track record of achieving them and often exceeding them. We have numerous mechanisms in place that facilitate a supportive work environment and two-way dialogue between team members and senior managers - we are sorry to hear you did not find these useful.
