      Good place for junior engineers

      Pros

      Good atmosfere. Cutting-edge technology. Very skilled developers.

      Cons

      Scrum is their framework but it is not a real Agile environment. There are not self-managing teams and a very top-down culture. In the end, Madrid is an offshoring center.

      Pros

      If you want to learn how to build up resilience, learn how to deal with difficult people and horrible senior management, learn how to figure out problems on your own through lack of skill training and mentorship, this is a good place to get that start. Working here also looks good on your CV and is a good way to get your 1-3 years of experience before moving on to a real company.

      Cons

      The cons far outweigh the benefits. Salaries are very low by Swiss standards, job roles are ill defined with people being lent out to different teams and working multiple positions to save on money and training, people are not invested in or appreciated so there has been an upsurge of people leaving recently, which requires retraining and wastes resources, people are taken advantage of with no proper recognition of their hard work or excellent qualifications, people are made to feel like they should be "lucky" to have the job they are in, there are very limited opportunities for career development and the work is monotonous and uninteresting.
