Very repetitive and quickly becomes dull admin-focused role Lots of pressure to hit overambitious targets Geographic spread of workers means rare opportunities to socialize if not based in one of their major locations Company's is currently growth-focused and reputation often comes into question so often having to deal with criticisms or complaints Career progression is very slow with a high number of internal candidates for each position
