      Excellent teams, great company, very welcoming working environment, many opportunities and good financial reward.

      Cons

      If you don't like working from home, this is not the right workplace for you. You should be capable of organizing yourself and your workload autonomously.

      Pros

      Its growing company, people's are amazing in here, very helpful with colleauges. I work as network admin here in frontiers, my manager Vitor has been brilliant to me.

      There's no downside when you work with frontiers.

      None that come to mind.

      Cons

      This company may attract the brightest and talented, but they won't stay there for long. Ruthless management, who would do well to remember that their employees are the 'face of the business' and should treat them respectfully. Unreasonable demands (expect to work far past your end time, with no reward) and no appropriate training. You are thrown into the deep end and there is an immense demand to work under pressure with zero support. Overall, appeared to be the textbook definition of a toxic atmosphere - everybody is out for themselves. 0/10, AVOID.
