Pros

Frontiers is a fast growing company, which means there are rapid progression opportunities. Managers care about your all-round development and wellbeing. Employees tend to have a high level of motivation. Frontiers treats employees very well: lots of flexibility and perks (work from abroad, financial perks, health perks etc.). Added to this, they make sure that teams have opportunities to meet in person, regardless of geographical location.

Cons

The entry-level graduate jobs can occasionally be monotonous. Things change rapidly at Frontiers (SOPs etc) - this isn't necessarily a con, you just need to be able to cope with it.

Pros

Great atmosphere, shared sense of purpose at the company, and great work-life balance. The management is mindful and responsive The recruitment process took about a month and consisted of two interviews (one with HR and another one with management). After the manager interview I was offered a higher position which was nice too

Cons

It wouldn't hurt for PL salaries to be higher
