Really flexible working and decent benefits. The company's mission is amazing and every day is different.

Cons

Really poor leadership decisions as the company has doubled in size in the last year. Not enough HR structure so managers play favorites with promotions. All of the roles have been diluted by expansion. Things are very siloed in marketing and communications. You have to compete for work and every sub team is protective of their projects and won't share information. Lacking in a company culture.

Good salary. Great working conditions. Fully remote which is AWESOME. Colleagues are the best.

Cons

Politics sometimes mentioned during meetings. HR department not the best (although there are some a couple of great people there).
