Pros

-Fully remote -Pay isn’t too bad -Flexible work times

Cons

-Seriously cultish. Employees are called “Frontons”, and everyone seems to have drunk the proverb Kool-Aid -Unrealistic performance targets -Let’s be honest, it’s a giant pyramid scheme. The idea is to recruit editors who’ll then pay to publish and are pressured to recruit colleagues. -Many very young and inexperienced managers.
