Pros

- Amazing colleagues and teams, most people seem to be kind and aligned in their goals (in lower level positions) - Great pay, benefits, pension - Excellent work-from-home resources, and company actively promotes a health work/life balance

Cons

- Many business practices seem unethical, exclusionary, and biased (I felt like I had to violate my moral code to perform my job) - Makes use of toxic positivity to prevent people from speaking out - Constant change that does not seem well thought out or rational leads to employees feeling high levels of stress, uncertainty, and unhopeful in upper management
