Great Remote Working

Pros

Really nice culture and has the flexibility of being a fully remote job. You still have the option of going into the office in London as well.

Cons

There's lots to learn on the job and you may have to adapt how you work with the changing field of publishing.

Good work-life balance, poor appreciation

Pros

Good work-life balance, good number of annual leave days, subsidised gym membership, work from home, free summer and christmas parties

Cons

Pay increases are poor, no appreciation for hard work from direct or upper management, company makes changes on a weekly basis with little to no guidance on how to implement these, and add additional work to job role continuously with no acknowledgement that we are doing more
