Pros

Being a part of the publishing team proves to be a fulfilling experience. Employees are entrusted with significant responsibilities, a notable aspect considering the rapid expansion of the company. The continuous growth ensures a consistently engaging workload, eliminating any chance of monotony. The company's mission itself is gratifying, as it's evident that my contributions align with a larger purpose.

Cons

Frontiers' exponential growth has led to a doubling of its workforce, a development that has introduced certain challenges necessitating difficult adjustments. Unfortunately, the implementation of these necessary changes faced delays, resulting in instances of miscommunication or even complete lack thereof.
