Pros

PTO is generous and hard to beat Your coworkers will be awesome Insurance isn't the worst, but could be better.

Cons

You will be asked to do more than what you were hired for. You will consistently be asked to go above and beyond your pay grade to get things done. You will be told that you're doing great and you're on the track for a raise/promotion/bonus, but it will never come. When you ask when you're going to be compensated, you'll be told they are either working on it or it takes a while to be approved. You will be evaluated based on unrealistic expectations while handling 3-4 times the manageable load and while management will tell you it's getting better and there are plans in the works everything is still chaos. "Changes are coming" will be a phrase you will hear for months/years with no visible change in the situation. The VP does not believe current employees are talented and is trying desperately to fill open positions from external sources rather than promote from within. Many of the level 2 and above technicians are being trained on the floor by level 1 techs that have been at the company for years and still haven't been promoted, not because they aren't any good, but because the company can't afford to. In fact, the only real effort they make to rectify compensation issues is when someone puts in a 2 weeks notice. Then they will bend over backwards to keep them. The people they are hiring in are also being offered below market value for their skills. Do not believe the 3+ star reviews within the last 1-2 years. You'll notice all the recent positive ones are made by directors and managers, most likely prompted to pad the ratings so the company doesn't appear to be as bad as it really is.

Pros

If you love lying, this is a great place for you. You will hear lies every single day. You can freely lie without consequence as long as the CEO or his cronies like it.

Cons

If you're the smartest person in the room, you'll love it here... However, if you value integrity, learning, career development, honesty, work with purpose, etc., stay away. Seriously, read these reviews. We're not doing this to be jerks, it's true.
