The management is volatile and extremely political. Complete inability to execute over and over and over.

Tight group of co-workers who are willing to help each other.

Cons

- Management does not know what they are doing. - You got more work assigned to you if you perform well. You got less work if you are incompetent and able to piss customer off. - You will get mediocre review even when you surpass all of the target set by your manager. - Management believe that you should worship and thank them because you have a job. - You are required to close 35+ cases a week, each case will take 2-3 hours to solve (if you're lucky)
