Employees' computer and internet uses are restricted and monitored, lots of websites are blocked even legitimate ones useful for information or research. The company doesn't trust its employees or respect them as professionals: Extremely high turn over; Certain people in management roles are incompetent but protected and privileged; Company's future is shaky and uncertain.

Forcepoint in the UK is a sinking ship and not a good place to work for the below reasons; 1. There is zero chance of earning commission for this company if you work in sales. The targets are completely unachievable and then it is your fault that you will not hit your target. 2. Huge support issues as the technology simple does not work. 3. Huge attrition problem in the UK which has got considerably worse since toxic management have been brought in to shake things up. Unfortunately, this has only made the problems 100% worse, as nobody wants to work in that environment.
