Pros

They have a few pieces of decent technology, but even that has been Frankenstein’d together over the years through multiple acquisitions and failed integration plans

Cons

Where to begin, the company has been mismanaged and has wasted countless opportunities for years. Management especially at higher levels had been a constant revolving door. They do not value any of their employees and are vastly underpaying many of the employees they have decided not to lay off after the most recent acquisition by a private equity firm. Company has a new direction and focus every 6-12 months after each management change. Higher ups are arrogant and completely disconnected from the reality of the situation on the front lines of all departments. Morale is at an all time low, after major layoffs to many who have built this company. Company has been stagnant for years, even after opening new markets across the globe and acquiring other companies, revenue has been flat. Every time they “fix” one aspect of the company they brake two others. They really just can’t get their act together. It’s a sad fact they just don’t value anyone who works here.

Pros

If I would’ve written this one year ago, I would’ve given 4 stars. It was good while it lasted. 5 weeks PTO. But would expect new ownership to take that away soon. You can get lucky and get a great manager, but at the end of the day, the culture and big decisions come from the executives. Nice place to get your first experience under the belt and then leave.

Cons

Massive layoffs every 2-3 years. Each time they’ll tell you that they’re going from heavy investment to finally making a profit. Francisco Partners just made the decision to peanut butter layoff across the board. 300+ laid off, most of them were very talented and necessary for day to day operations. They claim that their strategy is to automate as much as possible, but they laid off the engineers that would’ve made it possible to automate processes. The redundant, seat-warmers, counter-productive and slackers stayed. Note: they did this 3 days before corporate bonus was paid out!!! I assume this vary from team to team based on other reviews, but compensation can be absolutely sub-par with overpromises and under-delivers of growth.

Pros

A lot of technologies to learn, but only a few are strong in the market. Above average pay in the market. Every coworker I had in my department was smart and hardworking. Willing to help when they are not slammed from 8am-6pm.

Cons

Not a true Cloud SaaS model yet, but going there. A little late on the transformation. Working hours, back to back to back sometimes don't have time to eat lunch till 5pm. Benefits - insurance is probably the worst i've ever had anywhere. 401K no bueno. No upside in terms of employees RSUs. Enablement is not great. Synergy between different teams and departments. Dell laptops. A lot of meetings don't provide value and just add another meeting to the day, almost as if people having a meetings to show others in the company we are all busy busy in meetings.
