      Pros

      Working at Zodiac is a truly rewarding experience. Our values drive us every day, as we practice them with each business decision. The 401K and health benefits are excellent. Working in the field is rewarding by being able to make a difference in someones business.

      Cons

      There is some travel but you are always home on weekends.

      Team orientated environment. 9-80 Work week. Easy to navigate, get ahold of other employees and find answers. Opportunity for growth and movement.

      Cons

      Faced paced environment.Field employees may be required to travel frequently. As long as you are prepared for work, you will be fine.

      Pros

      Top Quality People, highly motivated, multicultural, very specialized in each field. Most managers are truly interested in their team of people. You would be working with the technologic most innovative leader in this industry. You must be result driven as well, task and customer oriented type of person who likes challenges to grow.

      Cons

      Not any significant one that I can think of. Even if managers make mistakes, all are non intended and everybody works as a team to resolve all issues that usually arise from operations & customer service.
