      A market leader in its core business segment with excellent growth track record across the world. The best engineering products in Wet Wellness, Fluid Handling, Irrigation and Water Treatment sectors. An impressive array products and enviable customer base. Provides constant training and growth opportunities. Good performance is easily recognized and suitably rewarded. Unbeatable opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      As a Market Leader offers the best in class products which are normally priced at the higher end of the price spectrum. So if you are a price seller (in Sales or Business Development functions) you won't enjoy the journey but you will have plenty of opportunities to become a "Value Seller"

      Pros

      Work hard and there is always opportunities for advancement. Management makes good decisions with what they have to work with. I will be a good company if the economy turns around.

      Cons

      Too much private equity funding in a downward economic environment leads management to make cash flow decisions that are not wise from and EBITDA perspective. Unstable. Pay is reasonable and compensates for overall risk.
