      The good things are greatly overshadowed by the bad

      Pros

      - great dynamic enviroment - being apart of a multinational company

      Cons

      - salary is not paid on time. In the past 10 months I've received my salary on time maybe 2 or 3 times. Delays range from 1 to 8 days. - sometimes you really need to have everything in writing so that management doesn't deny they promised you something. You can't trust the management at all. - lack of employee engagement.

      The people actually care about each other. They want everyone to succeed and achieve their goals

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is the need to go out in field in order to advance past a certain position.

      Fast pace exciting place to work. Culture is awesome People are passionate. 9/80 work schedule - every other Friday off!!

      Cons

      You have to like a fast pace environment!! 9 hour day turn into 10 hour days! Annual increases are minimum
