      Pros

      The company encourages employees to grow with annual objectives which the employee chooses. Work hours are flexible. 9-80 work schedule is nice. Not a high pressure environment.

      Cons

      Pay is below industry standard and if you do not constantly push it will stay that way.

      Excellent values, good leadership, great culture and industry

      Cons

      They run lean on people, too many projects at one time, too many meetings. Regularly lose people because pay is not as competitive as it should be.
