Plenty of work to do. Great people to work with. Some opportunity to grow.

Cons

Pay raises are sparse. Lots of bottle nexts to getting work done from higher up. Too much work for small group. They try to do the most possible with the least possible in terms of people.

Zodiac is the real deal if you are looking for a job that has the support of the entire organization from top to bottom. It feels like one team even though there are hundreds in the headquarters office. When the reps come in from the field for the day they always have a smile and happily share their enthusiasm for the company, the customers and for our products. The benefits are great but my favorite is every other Friday off. Who would not love a 3 day weekend every other week?

I honestly do not have any cons yet. I have only been here a little over 4 months.

Through the international merger with Fluidra, I've had the opportunity to touch all kinds of new projects. The pace is fast and there's a lot of work to be done but leadership recognizes contributions. This week we have a new values launch as well as our Circle of Champions annual recognition banquet. Leadership has been very open and transparent about the merger and expectations of us a now public company. Great benefits & 401k match 9/ 80 work week Great co workers Culture of accountability Brand new offices as of late February / early March in Carlsbad!

Cons

Parking is tight in current building.... but we're moving in a month to a brand new space in Carlsbad. Would like a relaxed dress code everyday- not just Friday -I'm as productive or more in jeans and comfy shoes. more flexibility needed on flex schedules and working remote ly
