Great work environment with great people.

Cons

Lots of overtime. Hard to know what time you will be able to leave work. Good raises are difficult to achieve.

Pros

Many great people, passionate about their work. They value their employees, invest in their training, and treat them well. HR has been fantastic in their efforts to keep people connected while working remote. Lot's of positive energy. Beautiful new office building including a gym. I love the 9/80 work week, and having every other Friday off!

Pros

Great People. Great culture. Great leaders. No big egos. Respect for work/life balance. They invest a lot in the well-being of employees.

Cons

The company is overly restrictive with yearly budget approvals, even amidst record growth. Also, bonuses shouldn't have a cap. If the company achieves 1000% of the bonus target...keep sharing the wealth. Why stop at 200%?
