Pros

The values really have guided the company through rapid growth and recent mergers. I feel most of management really cares about their employees. Benefits and work/life balance is good. The industry does remarkably well, even through a pandemic. It is an exciting time at Fluidra!

Cons

Not really a con but the company growing fast so the responsibilities can be diverse

Great leadership, benefits, values lived at work! Human resources care about people and help you thrive. Excellent growth opportunities at any level.

Cons

Fluidra needs to improve its benefits. Health insurance is expensive; dental insurance has a low limit of coverage. Good 401k though.

Pros

I enjoyed the team atmosphere. I had a great relationship with my coworkers and enjoyed learning from all of them. My bosses too. I liked looking up and see every one of them was in the queue when we were busy trying to help us get through the day.

Cons

Nothing too crazy. Some similar office drama that I am sure exists everywhere. There are some examples of favoritism and just seeing people get promoted that have no idea how to do the basic job they started with.
