Through the international merger with Fluidra, I've had the opportunity to touch all kinds of new projects. The pace is fast and there's a lot of work to be done but leadership recognizes contributions. This week we have a new values launch as well as our Circle of Champions annual recognition banquet. Leadership has been very open and transparent about the merger and expectations of us a now public company. Parking is tight in current building.... but we're moving in a month to a brand new space in Carlsbad. Would like a relaxed dress code everyday- not just Friday -I'm as productive or more in jeans and comfy shoes. more flexibility needed on flex schedules and working remote ly
