Location to the ocean is great.

Cons

Has a cult like atmosphere. Managers are cut throat. 9/80 schedule but actually 11-12 hour days.

Pros

Great People. Great culture. Great leaders. No big egos. Respect for work/life balance. They invest a lot in the well-being of employees.

Cons

The company is overly restrictive with yearly budget approvals, even amidst record growth. Also, bonuses shouldn't have a cap. If the company achieves 1000% of the bonus target...keep sharing the wealth. Why stop at 200%?
