Pros

The Pay was ok, but could have been better. Although all goals are met per yearly reviews only 20ct/hourly were added to next years salary. That does not even acount for the inflation!

Cons

Customers would tell us chabges that were made by the company before our supervisors would know them. Doesn't equipp one for a good customer service! Favoritism is also a big issue.

Pros

Great people, culture, and work. Strong upper management. Old industry allows for many opportunities to make a difference. Challenging but rewarding.

Cons

Engineering Dept: New middle management is inexperienced and promoted out of necessity and not ability. Some engineers were hired predetermined to be managers, leaving no competition regardless of being fit for the position or not. Some were, some weren't. Below average pay and poor bonus structure.

Pros

The position entailed a lot of exposure to different work from various departments. Quality, Materials , purchasing, and design. These exposure leads to lots of knowledge gained.

Cons

Compensation is cheap. Many times because your exposed to a lot of departments, you get thrown tasks that are not and should not be yours.
