      Tons of overtime and was close to home

      Cons

      Welders under payed by 5.00 to 6.00 dollars. You a code Nuclear welder that Mig, Tig, and Stick welds and they want to pay like a non code mig welder. Preheats 500- 1200 degrees wail your welding inside a Vaulve .

      Decent pay for job, exposure to many sectors within the field. Not too many pros. Simple manufacturing job. Great place to retire.

      Cons

      Too much gray area, leads to confusion on even the simplest of tasks and very little chance for career development.
