Pros

Opportunity for growth, worldwide presence. Good benefits. Usually start with 10 days vacation, 24 hours personal time, 11 paid holidays, good amount of paid sick leave. New top management is taking the company to new levels.

Cons

Vacation is only 10 days for 5 years, for a big company like this they should improve on this. Lower level management needs some refreshment. The upper VP, CEO and CFO level is almost brand new.

Unethical management practices, company seems rudderless constantly changing direction, growing, downsizing. Regularly promote people who have no people skills or knowledge. Worry too much about process and don't allow people to use their brains and common sense so simple and quick solutions can never be implemented.
