Good to move up in your career but not to stay forever

Pros

Decent company with consistent orders so there is always work to be done. Good experience with their international sector and working with them has been one of the better parts of my job.

Cons

Seems that leadership changes every couple of years and corporate struggles to make any actual changes to the process and continues to press on their workers to perform despite.
