Lots of growth opportunities (vertical or career switches), great people and tremendous focus on customer service

Cons

May experience Poor work life balance on after market side and salaries can be on lower end relative to MRP…but solid job security during downturns

Flexible hours. That's about it!

Cons

No career path, no room to grow. The only way to receive a decent raise it to quit and come back or put in your two weeks and show HR and your supervisor the job offer you received from another company. This place is toxic. Management is horrible and Corporate has created a lot of silos within departments.
