Long hours, and expect to work from home answering emails, phone calls. No personal life. Terribly disorganized and everyone will throw you under the bus.

Global exposure, high performance teams, and mature environment with an eye on profit!

Cons

Each business unit thinks they are in charge. They all do a great job, however a more synergistic approach to service/product delivery would be more advantageous to the company and its customers.
