The leadership varies depending on where in the organization you work and in which department. If you work in Client Success or Sales, there will be tendencies to micromanagement and very high expectations on what you should perform. However, I think if you work in other departments you'll have more freedom. I never experienced any micromanagement and have had a lot of freedom in my role, but I also don't work in CS or Sales. But this in itself is a problem; the leadership from the top management should be the same no matter where in the company you work.
There is no HR function, which has been a problem for some time. The top management doesn't prioritise this, but there is a clear need for this and it would probably prevent many people from quitting.
There is a high turnover, but that can also be due to many people being in their 20s/early 30s and at a stage in their career when they're looking to progress quickly and tend to switch jobs.
