      Immediate coworkers are nice people.

      Cons

      Top leadership has no idea what they’re doing or how to lead a team of people. They’re in panic and micromanaging everyone beyond any reasonable measure. In the CSM team 10 out of 12 CSM’s have resigned in the past 4 months. Save your mental health and don’t come work here.
