      Pros

      Great colleagues, super interesting & innovative product, great office parties and cool clients!

      Cons

      The company has grown very quickly in the last couple of years, which means it's been hard to keep up with all the new faces. And with the pandemic, it's been hard to connect and meet colleagues, which has been a bit sad.

      Pros

      The company is in an active growth phase so a lot of fun things are happening. Flowbox encourages taking ownership and responsibility, everyone feels like the owners of the product so you can actually contribute and make a difference. People at Flowbox are great. It is an international company and there are team members with various backgrounds – the company believes in diversity and equity. An important thing to mention is that Flowbox promotes the culture of open feedback and transparency on all levels.

      Cons

      Couldn't find that many tbh. The company lacks an HR person to work with HR-related questions but apparently it is not a priority at the moment.

      Pros

      The people who do not hold a managerial title are great.

      Cons

      The company culture is very unhealthy and they will pay you as little as they can get away with. Management micro-manages, ramps up the pressure, doesn't want to listen to improvement suggestions and will try to get rid of anyone who dares to try and speak up to get them to listen.
