      A great company with cool people

      Pros

      - Amazing team. Honesty and transparency are really the key values of the company. Everyone is really nice and ready to help you with your projects. We feel we are on the same boat. - You can grow within the company if you show you are motivated and eager to learn. - Very cool platform to sell. Flowbox is trendy, it's exciting to do marketing when your product is attractive.

      Cons

      - Flowbox merged with a company called Photoslurp in June 2022 so the next few months were a bit messy in terms of management and visibility. Which is understandable obviously. It is way better now as the company is now working as a unique entity with a clear roadmap.

      Great management and company

      Pros

      Challenging and friendly business project and domain. Nice office spaces, but even greater people. The management team has a very sound view for the future of the company, and this is visible in everyday activities and direction. Team spirit is amazing, and the recent merge has been a great change.

      Cons

      The size is still in the edge between start and scale up, so it requires flexibility, which can be challenging.

      Great start-up with a cool product, but a few key things missing

      Pros

      When I was working there: - Amazing team and people caring about creating a nice synergy - A lot of autonomy and interesting customers to work with - Super cool offices in Sweden and in The Netherlands - Space to handle side-projects and growing your skills NB: A lot of changes happened since I left so I do not know how it is going today

      Cons

      When I was working there: - Critical lack of structure from top-management - Unequal treatment between employees / offices - High level of sterile pressure from top management NB: A lot of changes happened since I left so I do not know how it is going today
