In line with this comment, we have in Barcelona a Flex compensation that can be used for lunch, transportation, training and kindergarten.

      Toxic Leadership, Poor Management, and Clear Favoritism

      Modern, well-designed offices with game and free drinks/snacks,

      Cons

      Obvious that favoritism plays a big role—some people get promoted or protected no matter how they perform, while others who actually do the work get overlooked or micromanaged.

At Flowbox, we continuously work to strengthen how performance, growth, and development decisions are made. We have implemented a performance framework supported by a market benchmarking tool, which provides tech salary bands to ensure a consistent and comparable structure across roles. This framework is directly linked to an updated performance review process, now reinforced with clearer criteria, structured processes, and review committees to support fairness and consistency. In addition, we have introduced a People Manager role with a regular 1:1 listening program across the organization, to ensure employees are heard and supported on an ongoing basis. :)

      relaxed but professional environment. The company is pretty flexible with smartworking.

      Nothing really . The fact that Monday are always in presence is a bit annoying. Still there is a reason behind it
