      Pros

      The company culture is excellent at FileCloud. Everyone is focused on getting the work done while helping each other. There's no politics, just transparent, open communication and the motivation to thrive. The fostering of remote work is also an excellent perk.

      Pros

      Awesome bunch of people to work with across all levels. The organization have a growth culture from both a company and people perspective plus working from home is great! This is a company where the statement "you grow with the company" is true.

      Cons

      The company is growing and improving and there is nothing wrong with that, the good thing is they bring people along with the growth and improvement.
