      FileCloud is the best place I've worked so far

      Pros

      - FileCloud is a company in continuous growth with great opportunities. - The company has a positive culture to hear the employees, understands our needs, and provides what is needed to unblock our progress. - The HR department gives us outstanding support. - They offer fair compensation and care about our individual growth. - WFH culture is well structured with employees from different countries.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance is good but during new releases things get crazy. - Compensation Structure could include more benefits
